Found it on iPlayer, search for Kerry's Kirsty, there will be three episodes (2 on iPlayer already) as they mountain bike along some really good natural trails up there. Well worth a watch.

Excellent stuff, I would never have found that thread otherwise and my wife moans at me for being on stw too much! It should have been on the front page!
