Just took delivery of some disc-only Project 2 forks from ebay for my new, disc-ready Kaffenback. They were sold as 700c only, but they are 440mm axle to crown. Is this right? The forks on my old canti-only Kaff (to be sold as soon as the new one is up and running) are about 400mm.
And if I stick the new forks on the frame anyway, will it be rideable?

its not right, you need 400mm ones.
