got my bike finished tonight,took a while as i'm learning as i'm going along but i must say it looks mint so far.
i've had the frame a few weeks and was gonna put new stuff on it but got bored and swapped most of the stuff off my old bike instead.

i see shimano in your future.
stick with x7 rear mech. fork?

yeah the crank came off my old bike, was thinking either shimano xt or middleburn but need to do more research.
the fork is rockshox pike coz thats what i had.

well thats what i have,but it's supposed to be able to take upto 130mm travel forks so i'm not to worried its just for p++sing about on!

You bought the wrong frame, you should have got a 456.

i,ll probably change the fork when i can afford to, like i said on my original post i just swapped the bits over from my old bike. i mainly just do xc stuff to keep fit nothing serious so i don't think i'll be snapping any headtubes or anything,sometimes do a little bit messing around in the woods. i'm going upto glentres this weekend to give it a try..want a race? ๐Ÿ˜€
