Many of our gangs rides end up the pub, so in the event of closures I need a method of carrying beer on the bike. 4 pints is a normal lagerzade intake.

I have two large cages that will take 1 litre Kleen Kanteen growlers; what diameter Jubliee clips do I need to lash up round a Blackburn Outpost Cage on a steel frame?

Or do I use a Camelbak

Beer kills camelbaks.

From what I have seen the usual method of carrying that much beer is to have it in a carrier bag hanging from the handlebars.

If you're already ignoring instructions to keep your distance from your mates, support your local pub, just don't sit inside.

Decathlon do a rubber strap on bottle cage mount, use that and a couple of wraps of electrical tape to keep it completely stable.

Somebody here must be clever enough to turn beer into beer concentrate, which could then be diluted at the refreshment stop.

... of course you’d still have to get the rehydration water somehow.
