Has anyone used a joystick helmet mount with this torch ? :
Does it fit?

That looks like it might be the same as my old Ultrafire- in which case, yes, it needed a bit of tape padding round it but worked very well other than that (better than the Joystick that came with the mount 😉 )

The P7 body diameter looks to be about 25mm. Can't measur exact as I don't have vernier callipers.

My joystick mounts works with a very similar torch so you should be fine.
