My joplin has died, it won't stay up or down so has to be sent to pure for repair.
Anybody sent theirs back and how much was it?

Got a mate who sent his back (for a different reason) and 2Pure did him a crackin' deal on an upgrade to a Joplin 4 at a huge discounted price
i got a joplin 4 for nowt as my joplin 3 broke 3 times in 2 weeks. 2pure are ace!
Yep tried air(I've stripped it down) with no joy
It's not air inside, it's Nitrogen...
its air in one part and nitrogen in the othr hence the schraeder valve
Two year warranty if you have the receipt. Had a repair first time around and then a refund second time round as the Joplin 4 they were going to send me wouldn't have been available for over a month.

Bought second hand so no receipt

yes it covers the complete strip down and refil with oil etc.

Just had great service from 2pure, now got a Joplin 4 replacing my original version seatpost that went wrong twice. No charge even though I didnt actually have the receipt. Give them a go, they are obviously keen to avoid too much Joplin disappointment.
Bet the 4 still needs a boot in the winter though...
I'm using a piece of inner tube at the mo, seems to do the job a lizard skin thingy was pretty useless to be fair

hmmm not what i wanted to read having just bought a joplin 3 on sale from evans. Hope I wont be needing the PDF or the 2yr warranty but its good to hear 2Pure are backing them up, and forwarned is forearmed.
