Managed to turn my back wheel on the 29er into something resembling a pringle the other week. Straightening proved fruitless so a new rim was needed. Gave BETD a ring, sent my hub to them and they built it up into a stans arch rim in double quick time as I was bikeless. Picked it up today and it's great.
Great service and friendly chaps - bit tricky to find the shop though!
nb. I see what all the fuss is about tight fitting tyres now too - my thumbs are pretty sore!
I find it no problem - oh that's right I work there, well in the engineering side of the place but I'm also helping out upstairs with the business side of things these days. Glad you got sorted and happy riding.
