Got a remote version and it pops up on it's own once un-weighted. Sounds like it might need a service?

It's borked. The seat should pop up on its own when you pull the lever. Send it off to Ran.

Well - it properly should be the shop, but you know how good the 2Pure guys are. Is it a Joplin 4?

If it is staying up or down and stopping anywhere in the middle then it's ok Rob.

You do need to give it a mild gentle pull up. The action of pulling the lever is enough. If it is more of a tug and a strain then that's not good.
easily sorted mind.

My test Joplin 4 is impressing me btw.

TBH that sounds fine. It's an infinite adjustment post therefore damped and no reason to pop up.... unlike a GD which is up or down.

Has it changed since new?
