A lot of it. Great scenery, but it's better left as a walk.

That said, if you are going in the Braemar to Glen Clova direction, are a very good rider with a decent bike and don't mind a big carry/push, then there's a rocky descent that would be brilliant. It was too technical for me though.

I'd second that the best direction by far is Braemar to Glen Clova. There is a very steep carry after Loch Callater but after that the descent is rocky and great fun. Cracking big mountain feel to it as well.
