Off bike since April (shagged knee). Go out today to see one of the best trails is trashed.
Several others (whose names I don't know) also out of commission. Lots of no cycling signs. Has something happened in the last couple of months to cause this ?
At least the rollercoaster is OK.
the management have been thinning out the woods. it's not actively destroying the trails (AFAIK), just woodland management.
That said, I've noticed a few of my fav cheeky trails have had logs, wire and other tactics (SSSI signs) used to try & prevent MTBers using them.
which one is jamster? and what others? Ive been up there recently and not notices any issues?
its on Strava as jamster then Peacocks Pass: from the long log above the sssi pond down toward the iron gate on the a5130.
Peacocks got thinned and all the thinnings left across the trail. I guess a couple of well meaning lads could clear the thinnings...

The SSSI signs successfully dissuaded me. Rules out the first of the pair of sharp climbs before the jamster 🙁
