My itunes is broken. Upon opening it works for about a second (it's in the middle of adding folder to the library) but then freezes up. I believe this might be due to a recent update. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it, but exactly the same thing happens 👿
Other than throwing the laptop out the window, any ideas which might sort me out? Thanks...

I do believe that your mistake was falling for the Apple marketing juggernaut. Take it to a shop and get a pimpleton yoof "expert" to help you out!
I believe I also have that excellent Little Feet album on Itunes too. Good old rock and roll!!!
try something other than itunes? don't believe folk that say that only itunes can load stuff onto an ipod (ok if you have an iphone then you're stuck)
