Just home after a couple of hours in the Pentlands on the cross bike. Fantastic autumn sunshine. Not sure about the rest of Britain, but if you're in Edinburgh then jump on your bike and get out. Currently trying to negotiate with Mrs Kenny to get back out this afternoon.

I woke up this morning and though today has to be a beach day so pack girls and kit into the car and off we go, leaving Mum at home for ultimate brownie points, spent a few hours larking about on the beach - brilliant.
