Thank you for the kind wishes, folks. As Mark says I've been undergoing treatment for lung cancer. Thankfully as well as the cancer I've also got a serious case of stubbornness, so am doing pretty well, all things considered 🙂

My Jenn (Mum) got ace news today after an exploratory op showed her chemo has worked and the cancer is operable. These Jenns are tough bastards and I know you will be getting good news soon as well STW Jenn. Keep fighting!

As soon as you feel anywhere near strong enough get outdoors, baby steps at first and set small goals.
I finished my radiotherapy on 11th April. Rode Mayhem at the weekend.
It can be beaten.
