It's for camping.

Ever noticed when you've loaded your bike up for a couple of nights away, you have to leave some comforts behind.

That rack is just the right size for a nubile fit young blonde.

Isn't this a Great Divide racer? It's for holding your bivi-bag, your sleeping bag, Oreos and reserve sudocrem. These items are just tied on, a basket would weigh too much. And be uncool. ๐Ÿ™‚
