Just replaced the 10 sp drivetrain on my kid's isla creig - thought it would be a good to go 11sp as she'd appreciate the bigger cassette. It all works fine and she does indeed like the easier gears on the climbs, but the rear der looks kind of massive on the bike - it's 26" wheels, guess similar size to an adult xs frame.
Looks like a recipe for bent rear der hangers, like there's a lot of leverage with the chunky rear mech? Perhaps it's nothing to worry about - anyone else running 11sp on a 26 bike like this?

Mech looks fine, but chain looks awfy long.
