No. It's basically just two bearings and some widgets, god knows how they get away with charging so much for the 40 no. 42
Neco do an equivalent for much less money, eBay for 11.99 from China. Great headsets, I use them as replacements for FSA 40 no. 42.

Yes they do now. Been available for a while in their pick 'n' mix headsets.

The only thing I can see on the hope website that looks the same is the hsc7 and hdcj models.
The top one is the wrong size for FSA 40 n42.....

Pretty sure that's what my Charge Cooker has. I use the lifeline one from wiggle. About a tenner I think, couple of quid more for a carbon top cap.
