just doing a spring clean of the ole drivetrain and noticed that the cage appears bent around the lower jockey wheel. it's meant to be straight right?! just checking before i bend it back!

put it on and see if it works first
it might be a expensive bend if it is ok

The lower plate in that pic is supposed to flare outward from the jockey wheel, and the upper bit is supposed to be bent towards the jockey wheel. (assuming that's what you're referring to) 🙂 Looks fine.

ah cool! thanks (glad i checked)
on most mechs the two plates are flat and parallel i think. must improve the 'shiftyness' or something
