i cant sleep (not to sure why) i have had about 5 hours sleep now.
there is nowt on the telly box other than babe station!!
im contemplating driving to leith hill and going for a ride??
should i or is it a silly move?

i didnt go to leith hill but i did go out for a hour on the bike with the dog in tow.
im fairly tired now with a big day ahead of me!!

I regularly hit the trails at silly o'clock
3-4 am is not unheard of
