Does anyone have one of these lights?? Inton Twin Cree XM-L U2 Mountain Bike Light - 2200 lumens
Is it any good?
I've sold a fair few sets of these to members on STW now. So far only had positive feedback.
Hopefully a few of them might be along.
got one two weeks ago fantastic light. mates just paid £325 for an exposue max d now hes a bit pi--ed off having seen what £110 can get you. battery is a bit heavy but i would buy same again
Just placed an order for one so I'll post my thoughts when it's received and tested.
The beam profile looks great and the user interface is awesome.
My Inton twin U2 arrived today
Initial thoughts
Quite a weight in the head - a good thing for thermal transfer.
The user interface is fantastic
Overall quality is good
Output is fantastic - much brighter than two T6 bastids side by side.
The beam is the outstanding feature. It manages to drench everything from the front wheel to as far as you can see, and as wide as the road ahead.
Head ,battery ,battery bag and mount weigh 634 grams
Well worth the very reasonable £115
Glad it arrived safe and sound.
The price of £115 now includes a Magiclight mount (that are usually £15) that can be left on the bars and a QR plate fitted to the light (the O-ring mount is included in the box too).
just ordered a set of Neninja's for my m8 today, hoping to get a [s]sneaky[/s] purely scientific ride in with them before handing them over the next wednesday night ride...
Z1ppy - they went out Special Delivery so will be with you tomorrow before 1pm.
neninja-any chance you could give us the weight for the head unit and if a helmet mount is included/available? Looking to replace my head torch and this is a possibility.
Cheers got the reference email 😀
+1 for on & on's analysis...... Got mine just before Christmas (thank you Santa Neninja!) and got 2 hours 40 mins on high/ full charge on a chilly 6º night ride from the claimed 3 hours on high. Could be wound down considerably for most on/off road purposes but the novelty of having so much light was hard to resist on a first test! " In use" pictures on the crgmoto.co.uk website are an accurate show of what they're like. Great value and quality for the money as a first impression.
