... Cog. The chain keeps jumping off the smallest cog on my cassette and getting stuck. Any suggestions to stop this happening? Already tried shortening chain.

Screw mech limit adjust screw in more.

And check you are using the right size lockring. I used one from a 12-28 cassette by mistake on a 11-32 cassette and took me a while to work out what was going wrong.
