[Closed] Internal dropper post cable rattling

Anybody any tips on how to stop internal cables rattling my dropper post cable is constantly rattling anybody any tips that have worked? Read online that fading a pvc tube over the cable works anybody had any success with this method?

This is what I'd use, I'm getting a little rattling from my rear brake house in the internal routing tubes, may get around to putting the cables in this.

Yep, as about. Air con pipe insulation. Closed cell foam so it doesn't soak up water.

If you can cover postage I am happy to send you a length of the jag wire tubing I have lots left over from doing my bike.

The other option is make a spider out of zip ties to go around the cable. This will stop the housing contacting the inner wall of the frame.
