I'd guess not, the Cannodale team seem more intent in using disks than the Rspha/Focus team.

Rome last week looked perfect for disks!

They just happened to be racing in a specific set of conditions in which cable disks have not worked. The weather then changed and disks were fine, but mini-v's were clogging.
