Guys,

Anyone got the instructions for bearing replacement on a tracer?

Particularly interested in the torque settings, a couple of my bearing bolts have come loose

Cheers

I'm sure you can find the torque setting on the intense web site, as for changing the bearings big hammer and a srew driver work well. I personally use a home made press and a touch of loctite retainer when fitting new bearings. If you need pictures of the press to give you some ideas then let me know.

Cheers lipseal I'll check the intense site, bloody bearings this is the result of a creak from new the LBS have striped all the bearings down to clean and grease, creak gone but the bolts are creeping loose.

Sorry about the quality, as you can see I have managed to get my hands on some nylon, aluminium and big washers, any sort of flat plate will do hope this give you some ideas.
