i have a symbol that has appeared at the top of my screen its a kind of letter L on its side with a diagonal line through and a square under it. any ideas what it is?
its a wildfire by the way.

put yr finger on the top line where the symbol is and drag finger down quick. This opens up the screen behind with the symbol and gives a clear option.
thats not done it. it's on the right next to the signal bars.

i dunno what it was but its not on that list.

its probably a different type of data connection. my HTC Legend gets a 3 for 3g, and H for HSDPA and i also get an E for Errr?
I think, think it means redirected calls but not 100% sure.

'E' is for Edge connectivity...2 and a bit G or something IIRC
