Love that these guys keep trying new stuff. Not sure what advantages this offers, if any, but it looks great.
I've always had a want for unconventional forks, whether it's a Lefty (not the USE SUB though, you've got to drawn a line somewhere) or USD forks. About 15 years ago my LBS had a pair of Maverick SCs for sale for months, and several times I came close to pulling the trigger and getting them.
At €3k, though, I think I'd save that money to buy a whole bike instead... 😶

It's a €1000 premium over their "normal" forks for the one piece version. It's a lovely looking bit of kit, but I think I'd be just as happy with their standard fork.

It looks like the steerer is still pressed in though.
With my track record I recon I'd still make it creak.
At the risk of jinxing anything, I hear that Intend forks don't creak.
Upper unit is milled out a full billet of 7075 Aluminium at Spantech GmbH in Germany.
Just sounds like an exercise in increasing costs TBH.
If you're going to hurl money at a monocoque or 'unified' structure why not go composites and include the Steerer?
Anyone remember the old Marzocchi 'RAC'? USD forks with a Carbon composite crown/upper legs from ~25(?) odd years ago...

Yeah I've got an old spare fork in the garage that doesn't creak.

Well, those ones have guards so not that much of a worry. I scratched my Fox 38 sanctions about ten rides in. Lowers are pristine. £400.
Intend stanchions €80 each.
I had to repair the stanchions on my 36, using one of those repair kits. Lots of work... but it worked (black stanchions and kit means it's pretty invisible).
Back in the 26" wheeled days... my Dorado SC stanchions never got scratched.
