Who's going?
Nobody going?
Nope.
Aye!
Not me - can't cope with those climbs - well not racing style ๐
Another fantastic course from what I hear!
I was considering it just to complete the set but decided not to in the end, should be a good event though.
Having said that I'm almost thinking that if the weather's as bad as it might be, that'll make it completely hilarious and stupid and much more entertaining.
Northwind - Go! One of the Enduro tracks is included and you'll get to see more of the hill ๐
You racing Steven?
Not racing, but doing a wee bit of course fettling on Saturday, might even give it a cheeky test ride.
me, just got in before the 5pm cut off.........weathers gonna be shite!
For the previous events it was possible to sign up on the day, or in Icycles on the saturday, so if anyone still fancies doing it, that'd be worth checking out- online entries are closed but I don't think it's full.
Not full. If you still want an entry email hels at helen@innerleithenmtbracing.com.
Will find out about on-the-day-entries.
Now starting an hour later due to weather forecast. Bring on the snow! ๐
They've also put out a call for marshalls if anyone is available.
Course ready and it's a cracker. Downhill tyres and flats for a XC race anybody?
Swampthings flats and gravity dropper fitted
Still in 2 minds but the bike's ready to go so I guess I might be too.
Absolutely brilliant event!
Course was awesome, some proper bonkers muddy descents, tough climbs and flat-out sections. Course slightly longer than last year with added gnar... Managed a 1.34 and proper tired now...
Banter was top on course and atmosphere was great.
Hats off to the organisers, great series!
I decided the weather didn't look grim enough
Sounds like another fine event though.
Glad you enjoyed it. Bonkers is a great word for describing the descents.
Another hats off the the organisers here for putting on a good varied winter series. Brutal course...just the way we like it!

As one of several people who spent a good few hours wielding brashing saws, strimmers, mattocks, and macloeds, it's always nice to hear the riders enjoyed the course!

Well done everyone... So what's next for the many-legged Innerleithen Racing beast?
Ferrit: 1.34 is totally mental (I was about 2.20 on a trail bike in my first ever race)!
There were some awsome mechanicals too: Someone sheared the bolts off his rotor; some else had his saddle part company with its rails!
Awesome event.

Keep an eye out for the next Innerleithen MTB Racing Event - coming soon ...
The rotor man was mate of ours Oli - still not sure how it happened but he still put in a 1:41ish lap - good lad!
Can't believe the top 2 guys were in about 1:22, that's just mad!
It was Sunny! ๐
A birdy told me there's a 2 day enduro event planned in the near future 8)
"Pics up on Ian Linton's site - it looks sunny !!"
What a good looking back stage team! ๐
Why shucks. And only two legs each...
