I'm off to Japan (Tokyo area base) and Korea (Seoul area based) with work for a couple of weeks. This means that I'll have a couple of weekends out there and me being me is already thinking of trying to get some riding in out there but it seems pretty hard to find any info in English.
So has anyone got any advice on the areas I'll be etc, DH or XC and I would need to hire a bike etc?

Well, for anyone elses future reference it looks like Fujimi Panorama is the place to go for lift assisted DH so I will try and sort a visit to here.
