[Closed] Infinity rigid fork for 29er? (but feel free to try and sell me alternatives)

[#5685619]

After reading other threads here I'm thinking of getting these for my inbred 29er
http://www.pipedreamcycles.com/infinity-rigids/

But I don't get the "100m equivalent travel" bit. Isn't 450mm a-c short for a 29er rigid fork? Wouldn't 100mm equate to more on a 29er (465 maybe?)

On a tangent to that question, if anyone has a sensible 2nd hand rigid 29er fork I might be interested in that instead.

It'll work but it's a bit short. I'd recommend a Swift fork from Sam at Singular. He sold me one for £70 and I'm v happy with it on my Inbred 29er

I looked at singular's website and it's not listed - so they're still sold if you contact in person are they?

How about these? What a-c length *is* equivalent to 100mm travel on a 29er?

Surely it is the A-C of a "standard" 100mm suspension fork minus 25mm (to allow for 25% sag).
