[Closed] In line barrel adjusters - where from? (inept googling content)

I've got some aluminium barrel adjusters on my road bike which replace part of the cable just after coming out of the shifter. I want to fit some on my cross bike, but I can't find any at crc or Parkers. Anyone know what their proper name is and where I can get some? TIA
