Go on then tell me what your going to get up too in 2011 while I hang on for the wife to get back from work!
For us more rides in Europe still planning destinations but Italy and Spain are looking good.

Italy here too. Plan is to detour from Alps (PdS, Pila, maybe Verbier) to Garda.

Plus I hope to finally get up to Fo Bizzle, and perhaps over to the Caingorms in same trip.

@ Rorschach - you're gonna need at least on gear 😆

On a more sensible note, in 2011 I wanna ride.......

- more miles than 2010
- Get faster down hill
- get better on the techy things that bug me

oh hang on a minute, I'm writing my own course requirements 😆

- Considering the Fort Bill Endurance DH on a hardtail..
- Might do the Shrewsbury Merida Marathon (any good?)
- Generally improve my speed both up and down
- Clear some more gap jumps!

Another vote for "more" and mostly on my 12 year old Schwinn Homegrown.

Seem to be having (suffering from?) a fixation with riding something light, slightly nervous and with not entirely adequate brakes.

I will ride more trails, trail centres, DH trails, secret trails etc!

Will also be visiting Morzine way mid way through the year!

Looking forward to it too.

A nice new 29er!

Also more, quicker and better. In England, Wales and Scotland - want to do some northern england stuff especially Dalby.

I will race only between 1st May and 31st August! And then only because I want to but I will finish everything I enter. Except possibly Malvern if the weather is crap. 🙁

Mega Avalanche again
Macavalanche if I get selected
Etape Caledonia
Alpine bikes winter series
The no fuss tour of Ben Nevis, some of the triathlons
Garbanzo DH race if I can make it out to Whistler on time
and anything else I can negotiate with the missus and family who will be tagging along to most of these 🙂

I'd love to feel I was good enough for the megavalanche. One day maybe, before I get too old!

Looking forward to a week in Spain/France in May with Doug at BasqueMTB.

Hoping to complete Bristol Bikefest 12h solo and Kielder 100.

All in all hoping to have the best year ever on a bike just to prove a point as I'm 40 in April.

...a bit more road to keep fitness up (not working and losing the commute has had an effect upon my fitness).

...some new trails.

...a wider variety of local trails - hopefully the trail plans are implemented, so its riding not writing more letters!

...with an instructor at a skills course, so I really know what I need to work on.

...at the (South Australian) Melrose Fat Tyre Festival (booked!! yee-ha!)

...with my daughter (not quite 9 months, so may be a bit of an ask! Ickle balance bike though, maybe...).

...a new bike, though looking unlikely...

...more - that would be great; hopefully Uni doesn't stop that!

We're booking up for 2011 so lots of riding with lots of nice people. 🙂 gothandy included! Lots of exploring, trail building and some new trips to keep it all exciting. I'm also hoping to pick myself up a nice Nukeproof when they're available.

More gentle miles.
Ravensdale and Carlingford.
Around Kerry during SSWC.
Poland and its mountains.
My missus.

One thing I want to do is jump a set of doubles on my MTB. I find the bike so unweildy compared to a BMX but I'm sure it's just me.
