About 30% overall? I assume the days when import fees where a lottery of getting caught out or not are long gone?
Still a lottery. Just factor in your 30% when buying and look at it as a pleasant surprise if it slips through
If under £135, nothing should be added.
If it’s being imported internally within the company (bikester.co.uk for example) to a warehouse here before before being shipping to you, nothing should be added.
If none of the above
Retailer should remove the local VAT then the delivery company should add UK VAT plus import duty if the product was made outside the EU (About 5%) plus a handling charge (£10-15)

Most I've seen just quote the same price as the UK ex vat price.
If you look up the tariff of goods on the government website, you can see the import duty for different types of imports. For example cycle clothing could have a different tariff to complete bikes, which could have a different tariff to bike components.
Then don't forget the handling fee for whichever courier initially covers the duty
