Just bought a new frame (a long shot if any other cinelli Veltrix users are here!).
All cables internal, I get that, some thin tubes to thread the cables are installed for ease of use. Yep, got that.
Go to look at the bottom bracket area - theres a little hatch for access so I can see the alloy b/b shell inside but there's no sort of cable guide or anything - it's as if the cables are expected to run/rub against the alloy shell when they go round the bb.
This doesn't seem right to me. Its not me is it? There should be some sort of cable guide. Its deffo not full length outer cables as theres a cable stop at all the entry points.
Just waiting to hear back from in case some magic component is missing, otherwise I'm tempted to send frame back as a bad design....
I have a Cinelli Veltrix disk. My frame came with a cable guide for the bb. The frame is designed for bare shift cables and internal hydro brake line.
