Where would you start?

Thinking of heading up there this week, west London based, usually ride Surrey Hills and Swinley but fancy a change.

Any advice on good start points, routes etc greatly appreciated.

Can you just follow your nose round there and have a good ride or are the best bits tucked away?

I used to live in High Wycombe and ride out from there a fair bit... couple of my old local rides on my Fotopic site if you want?

There used to be a good 36 mile off road route listed in the ride guide on the old site.
Starts at Christmas Common going towards Stoke Row before heading home along the Ridgeway.
