...will I regret it?
I don't need the money, but it just hasn't been used for a good year at least. Other bike is a 150mm steel hardtail. And have a cross bike and building a road bike up.

I'd say if you haven't used it for a year, sell it.
Yes. It's not worth much (that's why i bought one) so you might as well hang onto it (which is what I'm doing)
If its a small frame I may be interested?
