Can the STW massive point me in the direction of an idiots guide to change my Reba Team 29er from 100mm to 80mm. I'm thinking of a how to guide like PeterPoddy's guide to replacing my poplock with a fork leg lockout. Surely it cant be that hard even for a workshop virgin

This months mbuk has a section on it with full instructions.
Adding a spacer to the air leg is dead easy and requires no fluids if you're careful - do it when you're cleaning the seals.
But replacing the poplock's remote for a leg-top is a lot more work as it requires a replacement assembly in the damping leg. Although I believe some people don't bother with changing that... Don't know how well the lock-out would work then...
