when you buy new shifters(cheap deores) do they come with the cable inner aswell? doesnt mention an inner cable supplied on chain reaction.

Proper aftermarket ones will, OEM ones may not.

I just got some OEM XTs (plastic bag, no box). They came with cables already installed on the shifter. No cable housing, though.
And no blanking plates if you want to remove the shift indicators.
