I have a hope M4 rear IS caliper to go on a new frame with rear post mount fitting, are there any mounts available, all the stuff listed on CRC only covers post caliper to IS ??

I have never ever, seen a post mount frame, are you sure about that?
If it is a post mount to IS caliper you want, your right not many companies make them, but Hope do. I have a post mount fork running an M4 is caliper, its a bagstard to set though as the caliper gets in the way of doing up the post mount bolts, but it is doable..

Yup, new 5 spot has rear post mount.

Then you need that Hope bracket, and if you have the ball end allen keys you will have found their ideal habitat.
I cant remember where mine came from, I think CRC listed it but where out of stock...
