There is a new skatepark recently opened near me. This afternoon I tok the youngest cursing. I took 20" trials bike fully expecting to be busting "sick" air.
What actually happened was that I lacked the testicular fortitude to even drop in. My teenage self would be ashamed of me.
That is all.

Twitchy low front end compared to a bmx.... Just cause they have 20 inch wheels doesnt make them the same !
I used to ride a 24inch dmr trailstar in the park and took me ages to drop in on that compared to just jumping on my mates bmx and doing it on sight .
I can't drop in (never could when I rode BMX as a teen) However, weirdly I can side hop 90 degrees onto a ramp, which is kind of similar?
I shall not be defeated. I am not going to buy a BMX, I intend to grow a pair. I shall report back.

Phah.. We ride near a BMX track on one of our rides, it's full of kids "n" dads watching kids. I ride with an ex BMX Nat Champ and he often hacks around it on his 29erSS pushing all the kids out of the way..
He looks rather pathetic if you ask me.
HMmm. I remember "dropping in" to a BMx track. I think the other poster may be a little confused.
