I'm trying to stiffen up my QR forks. I have DT240s hubs, RS Revs forks. I've managed to get hold of a 9mm skewer from the classifieds but not end caps. Hope end caps are available- does anyone have any knowledge or experiences of using Hope caps in DT hubs?

No - you need the DT ones.

I've just drilled mine out in the past.

Ooooh- can I just drill out my current end caps then?

Cheers for that. A 9mm drill I'm thinking.

I worked up to a 9mm to help get it centred.

If you do ever go for the proper caps, they are different between the 6 bolt and centrelock hubs so make sure you get the right ones.

Take it steady with the drill. Do you have access to a lathe-it is more likely to stay in the centre that way
