As one of those b*tards called a teacher, I have half-term off to do exciting things like house maintenance and bike riding.
I was planning on a strip and rebuild of my main dandy-horse this week and have absolutely no idea how to maintain a ht11 set of bearing and if there is a way to get inside and get greasy with them.
So is there?
this guide is quite good - although if your just regreasing the bearings it's better to remove the top hat from the cups in the frame. then remove the cup and degrease/ re-grease etc.
there is also a guide on mtbr here
Yup - did one a while ago - its a road HTII system but idential servicing 🙂

Cheers
Will be setting up my giant magnetic field in preparation for the tell tale sign of bearings bouncing around the floor
Nah I've never had a HTII BB fall apart quite that catastrophically Quirrel 😉
