Anyone able to assist in how you remove the cranks. Do I just
Use a 10mm Allen key on the drive side or remove from the non drive
side?
Thanks in advance.
Jekyll
depends on the chainset, but i think its usually 8mm on the non drive side - XX is 8mm on the drive.
Hit them with the biggest hammer you can find. It's alright, you can thank me later.
It's the 2x10 X9. I'll give the hammer a miss!
I'm only trying to help... 😆
Is it a BB30?
Anyway if it is BB30 then you don't remove the non-drive {this is a pre-load adjusted I think) and you DO remove the drive side. There are torque specs and a 'do not remove' line on the appropriate sides.
Yes it is BB30.
Swalsey - job done, thanks for the assistance.
