Anyone got any tips for how to get some sort of response from Leisure Lakes Bikes? Ordered a bike from them which has turned up missing some bits. They never answer the phone, and don't seem to be responding to emails either. Unfortunately I'm not close enough to go into one of their shops.

Do they have any social media pages? A post on their Facebook page asking for assistance might get a response.

it’s frustrating that more and more companies use things like Facebook messenger over things like email these days, but I guess it’s more convenient???

Isn’t it standard practice to ask if anyone has the phone number of the CEO/MD?

Could you try ringing one of their shops instead?

Their original store was the Preston / Southport (aka Tarleton) one.

In this case, I actually do 😂

But yeah, besides ringing. Not sure.

There are telephone numbers & unique email addresses for each of the stores on the website.

Also there's a Chat system (bottom right) on the website, it might be worth giving that a go.

customerservice@leisurelakesbikes.com  replied to me pretty quickly last time I had to contact them.
