I got hit off my bike in october causing £700 of damage.
The police concluded their investigation, the driver admitted fault to him but the cops decided they were not able to pursue him for driving without due care.
They have passed me the drivers address and insurance details. What do I do with them? I assume I write to the driver first and ask him what he wants to do, but beyond that can i deal with his insurers directly.
