Absolute Black seem to be reading people’s current situation well with this £114 140ml bottle of lube!

I'd just go for Smoove or Squirt that's a mad price.
Proof if needed the bike industry has zero respect for our wallets, they'll keep taking the piss because there's always some mug who'll buy it.
about 50 quid, oh....
Interesting graph, assuming MSW is broadly going to be the same as putoline then that broadly matches most peoples experience that it lasts somewhere between 200 and 500 miles between applications.
There's no way however that squirt lasts 1100 km. Even on a meticulously degreased drive chain, with multiple coats of squirt it was noisy within 80.

I've been using Smoove since last year and on the whole I like it. I've applied a bit too much though as the jockeys are a bit gummed up with it. Doesn't affect anything but offends my sensibilities.
Going to clean it all off soon and reapply a little more sparingly.

I'm glad that's not just me, I also reckon about 80km for Squirt. It works ok, but I'm a little disappointed with it. I preferred Boeshield T9, but planet X have stopped selling it and I don't know where it can be bought.
Smoove users: Is it any better than Squirt?
^^ Not night and day difference imo but better? I'd say yes.
The annoying thing about Smoove is the way the nozzle blocks up.
I find Smoove a lot more resistant to washing out than squirt ever was. I used to squirt in the dryer months and putoline at wetter times. Now I just use Smoove year round.
To stop the nozzle blocking up, I just give the bottle a little squeeze and tap on the counter when I finished to help to lube run back into the bottle, never had an issue.
Muc Off Nano has been around a while at £50 for 50ml, even more than the AB.
Fenwicks Professional (the grey stuff) is really smooth, durable wax - needs warming before use to flow properly into the rollers but consistently outlasts any other wax lube I've used. Estimate ~250-300 miles on dry roads before I get much dry-chain noise and have had it go for longer. £10/100ml.
I sing the praises of Chain-L, it can look a bit messy once applied but runs brilliantly and doesn't wash off anywhere near as quick as Squirt or Smoove.
It's good that they've used Squirt as a control, because we can use it to calculate what the 'real world' longevity of their wonder lube actually is.
The correct method seems to be dividing every figure by 10. So about 250kms before performance starts to drop off on a road bike. What's that, 2-3 day rides?
No Putoline on the graph? I'm out.
Anyone been to their local Aldi in the last few days?
Wondering what sort of odds there are of finding a selection of the bike stuff still in stock, including the helmets and the Muc Off dry lube, as this bike promo apparently started on 28th May and I was once again obilivious because I don't normally visit or pass the Belvois Valley store

I do wonder if they're missing a trick not marketing it to cyclists.
Either it's awesome and everyone else just ommit's it from their data, or TJ's conned us all and is actual going to retire on Putoline share dividends.
I went to Aldi in Ledbury yesterday and it was still pretty well stocked with bike stuff. Got two bottles of dry lube and the floor stand.
FWIW I quite like the Muc Off dry, doesn't leave much residue and seems to do the job well. I don't mind wiping/cleaning/lubing the chain regularly, all these waxes, putoline and expensive lubes seem a faff. Takes a minute to inspect, wipe and re-lube a chain.

It's a graph of lube performance, not cultish self harm.
