Just found an old battery pack from an old light that hasn’t been charged for 2 or 3 years at least. I have charged it and it still powers the light but will duration time be very reduced or shall I just give up and buy a new pack?

Answers will probably be all three of yes, no maybe.
Best thing is to just try it. Use it on a daytime ride when it doesn't matter if it runs out & check it every 10 mins or so.
Or what I did last time I wanted to check runtime of a light was zip tie the light & battery to the shroud around an indoor fan & then just left it turned on. The fan running on low prevented the light housing overheating.
