want to send my 5th element off to tf for service but not sure how to remove/put back on!
is it just a case of undoing all the bolts and then doing them back up on its return or do they need to be done up with a torque wrench or is there anything else i need to be aware of?

Pretty much as you describe it
Be careful of the frame 'collapsing' when you release the first bolt
Don't really need a torque wrench as long as you have a bit of mechanical sympathy but a drop of threadlock wouldn't go amiss
What frame is it? - it may have peculiarities

It should really be re-assembled with a torque wrench but I dont know of anyone who ever does 🙂 Just unbolt it and worry about it later 😀
