What's the secret? Just can't stop my seatposts on either bike stay up. I tried lithium grease and tightening to buggery. Any ideas?

Clean thoroughly inside and out. Then use damp cloth to remove residue. Dry with kitchen roll. Use a decent fixed bolt rather than QR.

Don't grease. When I've tried it I have to do the qr silly tight, if it doesn't slip down I knock the nose sideways.
