Got this light super quick but with no instructions.

Anyone know how long the initial and subsequent charges should be?

Plug it in, charger light will be red, leave on charge until it goes green. Use, and charge as required.
No special treatment required of li-ion batteries, other than maybe storing at half charge during the summer.
