Does it say how they always manage to put the coloured band on their Addix tyre ever so slightly on the piss, just enough to annoy me until it wears off?

Enjoyed that, but then I'm an engineering geek from an industry with a lot of similarities - thanks

The coloured line for the compound type is on the disc brake side, supposed to help when fitting them 👍

Beaten to it for an answer...

This...

Glad some of you enjoyed it.

who knew there was a fair rubber association.

I did... But only cos I work for the company! 😂 I wouldn't expect it to be common knowledge, though it is something we are working on raising awareness of as part of our CSR...

Enjoyed that

And me... Our old vid was so out of date, still informative but quite a difficult watch. This one has really impressed us all.

i have to say, whenever i source a new tyre/pair of tyres, Schwalbe is my first choice.

Always good to hear... 👍🏻

I like Schwalbe tyres, but I'm a little unimpressed by their customer service. Had a Pro One TLE with a bulge in it, had it as a spare (new in the box) for a while, no idea who I bought it from any more. Contacted Schwalbe about it, and the answer was pretty much "well... tough".

They're always my default choice as unlike Maxxis, I never got a dodgy tyre, but perhaps it's pure luck.

I even have cheapo "Performance" ones which used to be a bit hard and not grippy but not anymore, I can't really see much of a downside any longer with Performance since they are now Addix too. Or is that placebo?

Was more annoyed that it is always wiggly when you spin the tyre, even on a perfectly true wheel. Really messes with my brain! Also annoying when I rotate the direction of a Hans Dampf to get fresh braking edges and it ends up on the other side from the other tyre 🤣

Great video and it finally answered the question of how you actually pronounce Schwalbe!
