So... Got a bit of an odd project in the pipelines and need a 8mm hole, -02 hose banjo (standard mtb brake hose) that doesn't cost the earth!

This is close but with a 10mm hole and gonna be £30 a go.

Banjo

Something like the above but in -02 flavour (above is -03), don't mind it being crimped although re-usable threaded like the superstar/goodridge kits would definitely be a bonus!

I've found a few that seem to be good in USA but when you enquire turn out to be miss-listed -03 hose fittings!

Am a googling the right thing? I keep ending up on goodridges website - any suggested alternatives? I'm trying to turn the brake hose 90 degree (actually 110-120 degree) upon leaving the lever on a set of Clarks M3 for a little project I'm working on. I've located a banjo bolt that'll work nicely just can't find a banjo!

That the current plan, machine out the the inner of an overbuilt/oversized 6mm banjo but it's bordering on dodgy and that's not normally what I like to call brakes!

Do you have a Pirtek or Hydrasun near you? They'll usually make up hoses in a couple of hours, or there and then if they're not busy!

Got a Pirtek near me - didn't have the parts to make up what I wanted, did say can get custom parts but that'll be £££. I actually work for an F1 team where -02 pipes are used on the car to save weight in a lot of places, but chatting to the hydraulics guys what I want would be £60+ in parts from their supplier.
